Can’t find what you are looking for within the Employee Service Center website?  Email HR@BlueAlliance.com and a member of the team will be in touch to assist!  When contacting People Ops, your email will be immediately responded to and you will hear from a member of the team within 24-48 hours during business hours (8 am – 5 pm EST).  For urgent requests that come in before or after business hours that need an immediate answer/advisement, employees can call 513-906-5444 which actives an off hours response procedure so a member of the People Ops team can engage to assist.
